BOOKING TICKETS AND HOTELS
Tourists can book tours and travel services listed on this website through
http://vietnamtrain.net   http://vietnamrailtours.com & http://vietnamrail.com . Please carefully check  our products or travel service's prices before booking and place your payment. Except otherwise agreed by our company and Tourists agree that the terms and conditions for the services on this website shall be governed by this "Booking Conditions"  which have been clearly written bellow and that the Booking Conditions is a part of the service contract. Bookings within 20 days from date of using tickets or travel services in Vietnam will be confirmed its result within 3 working days or less.
VALIDITY
All prices shown on our website are in United States Dollars (USD). If your country uses other currency please use our currency exchange tool to know exactly the amount to be paid for our service. We confirms that all rates shown on the website are correct at the time of issuance of the client's prepayment but are subject to changes in line with market, tax or currency fluctuation without prior notice. Based on these few years experience in Vietnam. Great investment booms and quick economic development, price standard has changed in these 3 years. If your guidebook explains that everything in Vietnam is quite cheap, please understand that the book information is frozen by the issued date of their report.
RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION
Reservations should be directly made on the web and full invoiced amount should be deposited at the same time via our Paypal processing support or bank transfer. We check and confirm the status to the deposited orders. Any orders without deposit will be 100% rejected. In case we cannot confirm the reservation, we will surely refund all the deposit to any Tourist who made a reservation and placed a deposit. Please make sure that you have read, understood and accepted all Terms and Conditions issued by our company.
PAYMENT
Except agreed by our website booking system in advance, Tourists must make prepayment. Our shopping cart system automatically take you to online paypal  payment system or bank account information. It is trustful, and extremely safe for you.
REFUND - CANCELLATION -
AMENDMENT & NONE ARRIVAL POLICIES:
Deposits are fully refundable if the amendment, cancellation is received and confirmed by our operation department or ticketing agent before issuing ticket/vouchers. No cancellation nor refund nor reduction will be made once tickets, vouchers have been issued in Vietnam, otherwise we charge 20 USD handling fee to the refund request.If you wish to cancel or amend your booking after the voucher has been issued, a cancellation fee will be applied in accordance with the hotel policy. The cancellation fee varies accordingly to the hotel/tour or ticket specified in your booking as well as your check-in date.
 - If you cancel or amend after the voucher has been issued, but NOT LESS THAN 7 (SEVEN) WORKING DAYS for hotel booking prior to the check-in date, there is no cancellation fee!
 - If you cancel your booking LESS THAN 7 (SEVEN) WORKING DAYS prior to the check-in date, or fail to arrive at the hotel, a cancellation fee equal to the FIRST NIGHT'S accommodation cost will be incurred through your credit card, which was used to guarantee your booking. Your credit card statement will show the debit entry as HANOI RAIL TOURS - Hanoi Railway Tourist service Company.
LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION:
If cancellation made more than 30 days prior to arrival date: no cancellation  fee applied.
From 20 -29 days prior to arrival date:  20 % of prepaid amount applied to cancellation fee
From 8 – 19 days prior to arrival date:  40 % of prepaid amount applied to cancellation fee
Less than 7 days prior  to arrival date: 100 % of prepaid amount applied to cancellation fee
How to cancel or amend : 
All cancellations and amendments must be made IN WRITEN FORM using one of the following methods: Email to Cancellation to our company  E-mail or our website email. When you contact us, we require the following information, so that we may efficiently process your request and reply to you:  Your Booking ID; Email Address used  when you placed your booking; Full Name used in your booking.
VOUCHERS
Our company will issue hotel voucher if you wish to have that. Otherwise we do not issue voucher, instead of this we will supply emergency contact address and mobile phone number of person who speaks English fluently for emergency contact, in case tourists cannot receive tickets or no hotel room available for your stay at the promised place.
LIABILITY
Our company and our partners commit to provide the confirmed services to Tourist. Our company has no responsibilities to Tourist, by reason of breach of services or unsatisfactory services provided to Tourist by third parties or by way of indemnity or in tort or otherwise, for any loss, injury, damage, delay and change in schedule or other adverse events, which are beyond the control of our company and its partners and/or sustained by an act or default of any person or company providing the services to the Tourist. All services are supplied under the operators' conditions. Travelers understand that our company is not responsible to any additional expense and or damage incurred due to any delay, accidents, natural disasters, political changes or social unrest. We will not be liability for any late arrival in the station that cause missing the mean of transportation departure time when we have handed over  any kind of tickets to you. Please come to the departure station or terminal at least 30 minutes before departure time.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is not included in the rate shown on the web. Tourist should subscribe travel insurance by your own responsibility. We will not agree any compensation for accident, sickness, or any incidents during the trip.
CLAIMS
All disputes and claims will have to be settled by negotiations and mutual understanding. In the event such negotiations and mutual understanding fail, the disputes and claims will be finally settled by arbitration of the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC) at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. All claims must be submitted in writing within 15 days after the end of the services. All information, products and any factors relating to our website  are managed in Hanoi- Vietnam.  For General Inquiries, please contact us via mail form. But
PLEASE DO NOT ASK US THE AVAILABILITY OF TRAIN TICKET BEFORE SUBMIT YOUR ORDER AND PLACE PAYMENT. WE NEVER REPLY TO SUCH QUESTIONS.We have been asked the availability for these few years, but ALMOST cases, it had been nothing but just a waste of our time. Please understand that we have direct access to Vietnam Railway and Vietnam airlines ticketing system for availability.  Therefore when we receive and confirm your order, Tourist must inform to our operation staff delivery address for our EMS delivery service. In some cases of fully booked we will have to submit document to ask Vietnam Railway to add one more passenger car for out customers.
CHILD POLICIES FOR TICKETS & PACKAGED TOURS:
Under 2 years old: Free of charge but sharing seat or bed with accompany adult.
From 2 years old to under 10 years old: 75 % adult's ticket price, She/he will have one full seat/bed and will enjoy one full portion of meals as adult.
From 10 years old up will pay 100% of ticket price as adult fare.
